Few days ago, we visited the office of the Secretariat of the Indonesian National Nurses Association, to distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) packages to health workers in charge of handling COVID-19 patients, this further adds to our commitment to support medical personnel in fighting the virus.
This time we also distributed assistance to ambulance crews in charge of handling the mobility of COVID-19 patients, both for patients who need treatment at referral hospitals, as well as delivering deceased patients so that they can be buried immediately according to predetermined protocols. Located in the Ambulance Emergency Department of the DKI Jakarta Health Service, we symbolically handed over assistance to the workers while expressing appreciation to the medical personnel who have worked tirelessly to treat COVID-19 patients since the early hours of the morning.
"The responsibility of all ambulance crews are not only health risks, but is also rushed by time so that patients can get treatment immediately. Even then, it must be prepared to face patients who have died. This makes we feel that we should pay more attention to it. His courage and dedication deserve appreciation," said our Director.
She further explained that this project is even more special because we also invites customers to take part to show appreciation to medical personnel. The donations given to these workers came from the proceeds from the sale of our products through an Instagram Live session held through our social media account a few weeks ago. This is done in the hope that we can foster a sense of compassion, especially in difficult times due to the pandemic.
Solidarity for Affected Medical Workers
Not only for ambulance crews, on the same occasion we expressed its commitment to provide assistance to nurses who are victims of COVID-19. Assisted by PPNI for the distribution process, nurses' morning compensation is expected to be a reminder that we will always be ready to support medical personnel in carrying out their noble duties during a pandemic.
Not only that, we also distributed dozens of we products for hospitals recommended by PPNI. This is done with the hope that we products can provide benefits for medical personnel while on duty in the hospital. "This contribution is a form of solidarity with our fellow medical personnel. We hope that by joining hands we can quickly get through this pandemic," concluded her.
