In the Limitless Passion event that took place in December, we succeeded in raising funds by auctioning three Retrofridge products that had been painted by 3 artists with disabilities, the proceeds of which will be distributed to the Yayasan TK LB Mutiara Hati in Magelang.
The Masterpiece Retrofridge program carries the message that artwork can't just be enjoyed limited to collectors, curators, or artists. However, this year's Masterpiece Retrofridge is slightly different from the previous year in that it carries the theme of Limitless, which shows unlimited artwork from artists who have physical and mental limitations.
"It is indeed our dedication to continue to share, this time we want to highlight the talents of friends with disabilities. We think it's important to continue to support our friends in pursuing their dreams, so we want to help them realize their dreams by building a school for them to learn and work on," said our Director.
We succeeded in collecting donations amounting to Rp 100 million from the proceeds of the auction that has been going on since last year. All donations will be distributed to help Yayasan TK LB Mutiara Hati, which is engaged in providing training to children with disabilities to continue earning income. Donations will be used to assist in the construction and repair of school facilities. We also continue to promote the auction through a Pop Up Kitchen event that held at Plaza Indonesia 1st floor.
"We hope that the donations given can be of great use to help build schools and can help our friends with disabilities to continue to pursue their dreams, because we truly believe our capability is limitless," said our Director.
